We decided to leave at 08:00 am the next day. The room was completely dirty and didn't match the booking photo. The reception guy laughed at us and our situation, showed no understanding, and said that after seven years in the hotel business, he knew what he was doing. Shame on you, mate. We had come for two days, but didn't sleep a night. At 23:00 on the first day, I accidentally left our room key inside. There was no one at reception, and I tried calling the emergency number for two hours without anyone picking up. I also helped other guests enter the hotel because the front door was closed. They had online booking reservations, but nobody let them in, and they left with no help at all. I told the receptionist I wasn't going to pay. He said forgetting the key was my mistake and blamed me for everything. He didn't care that my girlfriend had a panic attack while we were in a strange city. He also said it was my fault and he'd do everything to get me a penalty from the hotel and booking.com. Very nice service, mate. Hopefully your hotel closes down with that kind of client service.

The staff made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. We had an amazing stay from beginning to end, with beautiful rooms and outstanding service. Can't wait to come back!

Miloš at reception was the one bright spot. The room was dirty and seemed like it had never been cleaned, while the furniture was old and broken. This hotel absolutely doesn't deserve the star rating it claims.

I was searching for something positive and finally came up with this: “The receptionists were very nice.” Everything else is hard to deal with. The place is very poorly kept, the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages, there are broken picture frames with exposed glass shards, and the washbasin is falling apart. Very, very sad.
