The bathroom had a constant foul, sewage-like smell that made the whole apartment unpleasant. The kitchen dishes and cutlery had old food stuck to them, so I had to wash everything again before using it. The bed had stains and hair from previous guests, and I went out to buy my own blanket before I could even think about sleeping there. The apartment also seemed not to have been cleaned properly when I arrived. There was dirt and dust around, spiderwebs everywhere, and holes and marks all over the walls. The place felt neglected and poorly maintained. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had in Vienna, and I can’t recommend it. The filth and smell made the stay miserable.

The kitchen was extremely basic, with just one pot and one pan, which wasn’t enough. There was no hair dryer, a real drawback in winter. The location was alright, with a tram stop nearby, and the price seemed fair.

The rooms themselves are nice, but there’s no TV in any of them, despite the advertising. The bigger problem is the summer heat. In June, July and August it gets boiling, and they can’t even provide a basic fan. We had a bad experience.

We rented a flat for seven for one night. It was clean, and the beds were as expected. The shower was odd, with a large opening that couldn’t be closed, so water sprayed out. Check-in ended at 21:00 and they were strict about it. The place is a bit far from the city center, though there’s a tram nearby that gets you there fairly quickly.

The apartment was big, clean and nice, with room for seven. The beds were amazing, the best on our little road trip through Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Dresden. Ljubica was especially helpful ❤️. She was so sweet to talk to and really good at explaining Vienna to tourists. Online search said the nearest tram stop was 1.5 km away, but Ljubica showed me the closest one, just 250 m from the apartments. I’d come back next time I visit Vienna!
