The room itself was spacious, cozy, and modern, and I slept well thanks to a comfortable mattress and quiet nights. The hotel feels busy and modern, and could suit couples, families, or business travelers. Staff helped sort out my booking problem, though it was inconvenient: I had booked a bathtub room for three nights but got that room only from the second day. They offered free breakfast, which felt like limited compensation. Breakfast was okay, with standard choices and little variety. The bathroom was clean and modern, but ventilation could be better and it didn't fully meet my expectations. Furniture, heating and AC, Wi-Fi, and TV were average. The location is good for transport, with a short walk to the metro and buses, though the city centre is about 20 minutes away by bus. The area is quiet, with few nearby restaurants or cafes. I probably wouldn't stay again, as the distance and room mix-up left a bad impression.

I kept coming back to the hotel café/bistro after my tours because I wasn't happy with the other restaurants I tried. The chicken schnitzel burger and chicken wrap were both fresh and really good, and there were snacks when I got back. Breakfast was included in my package, but I don't eat breakfast. The hotel was an Uber ride from the busy city and the hop-on hop-off bus tour. I could have walked, but my back flared up just before I left.

The breakfast at Mozer was superb every time. Our room was comfortable and really nice, and the staff were friendly with very good service. Herr Mina, Gabbi and Luie deserve a special mention for how well they looked after us. The hotel is very close to U4 station Pilgramgasse. They made our Vienna trip more memorable, and I'd happily recommend Hotel Ananas.

The waitstaff were courteous, professional, and served us very well. They were the only bright spot in a disappointing dinner at this 4-star hotel. The kitchen's presentation was the problem: broth came in a breakfast mug, and the meat with peas and mashed potatoes looked more like canteen or hospital food than something from a superior hotel. It felt careless and far below the refinement I expected. The staff's kindness couldn't make up for the uninspired meal, so I wouldn't recommend dining here. Also, the bathroom has no bidet.

We had a pleasant stay, though the heating made quite a bit of noise. The room was clean, warm, and spacious, and housekeeping came each day to clean and change the towels. The location is very good, right by Pilgramgasse on the U4, and the centre of Vienna is about five minutes away.
