Breakfast was disappointing, especially after being told it would be rich. The selection felt like the bare minimum, with no sausages, scrambled eggs or crepes like I see elsewhere. At least the pastries were fresh and nice. The garage was alright, and the hotel price was too. It was an okay stay. The receptionist was kind and helped us, though she first suggested self check-in. The kiosk tried to charge us €40 for "breakfast FIT." Is that some tourist scam for people who don't notice? When the receptionist saw it, she reacted with an "ahhh" and checked us in herself. Our room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was clean too. The window looked straight at a wall, and cleaning ladies went outside below it for a smoke. I also missed having instant coffee or tea and a kettle. There was only a cup for bathroom tap water.

The S-Bahn is nearby, though the U-Bahn is quite far away. During my stay, staff weren't very supportive, especially when I asked about breakfast vouchers and the app. Compared with the same kind of room in Germany, this was much more expensive. If I'd known my family and I couldn't use our vouchers for breakfast, I would have considered another option.

We had three rooms for three nights, and there was no cleaning service in any of them. The system asked you to scan to schedule cleaning, but my only option was to cancel it. I reported the problem to reception every day, but nothing changed the next day. So disappointed. I paid for a service we didn't get.

The breakfast area felt a little cramped when it was full, though it was okay. We were satisfied overall. The hotel and our room were both modern and clean, and we'll definitely pick a B&B Hotel at our next destination.

We were a family of four, stayed two nights and spent our time touring Vienna. The staff were very friendly, and both the room and bathroom were pristinely clean. We parked in the hotel garage and used Uber to get around. The ride to the center took 15 minutes, and we had a great stay.
