Hotel Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna

A big thank you to the whole team for making the proposal surprise from my fiancé go smoothly. I had a really great stay and experience. The room was cozy and so nice, with a view of the city. Alex welcomed us warmly, and Vanessa handled our check-out perfectly. Everything was so perfect, thank you very much!

We stayed several nights in February during ball season, and it was the best address for experiencing #ImperialVienna. The hotel itself is a magnificent palace full of history. From there, it's just a few minutes on foot to the opera, hotel Sacher, Abertina museum and Stephandom. The staff made a friendly impression from the moment we arrived. Alex Zoller checked us in with a warm, informative welcome, European hospitality at its finest. There is a gym with weights and cardio machines, and the bar is elegant, often with live music or a DJ. Breakfast, often included, has made-to-order omelettes and eggs Benedict as well as a buffet with healthy nuts, micro greens and more. Best address in Vienna.

Breakfast was excellent, with good choices for everyone, and the central location made sightseeing easy and enjoyable. We had a fantastic family stay at Hotel Imperial Vienna. The room was spacious, quiet and perfectly maintained, and the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming for families despite all its history and beauty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with our children, which made a big difference. It was a great mix of elegance, comfort and warm service. Highly recommended for families visiting Vienna.

Our upgraded room wasn't ready when we arrived, but front desk clerk Amy handled the wait perfectly and made sure we were well looked after. At checkout she even surprised us with a small souvenir, a fridge magnet, which we loved. She was friendly, professional and courteous throughout our visit. The stay itself was excellent, and we really enjoyed the property's rich history and charm. Hotel Imperial far exceeded our expectations, thanks in large part to Amy's hospitality. Highly recommended!
