A good apartment in a really good location!

A lovely, clean place to stay near Schönbrunn, and good value for the price.

The apartment was clean and nice, and very close to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend it.

Central Premium Apartment LF We barely slept by the end of the stay. On the last day, I was getting under four hours a night, after waking repeatedly from the heat and developing a severe allergic reaction and small rashes all over my body after the first night. I can't tell whether the heat or the bedding's cleanliness caused it. I'd stayed in several other hotels before without any problems. The itching was so bad I could hardly sleep. The room didn't match the listing photos at all. I even went back to check that I had booked the right place because it felt misleading. The furniture was old, and the dining table had three chairs in completely different styles, making everything look mismatched and poorly cared for. The listing said air conditioning was available, but our room had none. The property told us that AC isn't included in every room type. In summer, the heat made the room extremely uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable too, often hard to connect to, repeatedly dropping out, and extremely slow. There were cleanliness problems as soon as we arrived: the floor felt sticky, there was a clump of hair on the shelf by the sink, a red stain on a dining chair, and lots of stains on the carpet. Opening the refrigerator brought a cigarette smoke smell, and the towels smelled noticeably of smoke as well. They looked very worn, as if they'd been washed and used many times. Shampoo was missing at check-in, apparently because housekeeping hadn't replenished it, but they brought some after we reported it. Customer service replied quickly and arranged for housekeeping the next day. But they hadn't told the cleaners that they didn't have a key to our room. Around noon we got a message asking us to come back and let them in. We were already out and couldn't return, so in the end we cleaned the floor ourselves.
