City Welcome Studio Museumsquartier

The location was quite nice, but the price felt far too high, especially after they charged me an extra 40€ for cleaning without mentioning it beforehand. I wouldn't stay again and can't recommend it. The apartment smelled of smoke, and the windows were very small. The kitchen was especially old-fashioned and poorly equipped. At first it seemed clean, but during my stay I found dirt and dust in corners throughout, and even black hairs in the shower tray. The owner was extremely unfriendly. Her English was poor, and her German wasn't really good either. I found her behavior almost outrageous. I was only three minutes late, but she had already left, so I waited over an hour and a half and couldn't reach her at all. When she did get back to me, she scolded me about my manners and said she had other things to do.
