The apartment's boiler has been broken for a month, so there's no hot water. Each day we were told it would be fixed or we'd be compensated, but neither happened. The owners are rude and dirty, and their blatant deception should be taken to court.

For three nights, this place was a real nightmare. Everything was very dirty, and there wasn't any hot water. We contacted the host every day to ask him to fix it, but instead of doing anything, he kept lying to us. It's disappointing that fraudsters can operate in such a beautiful city.

There was dirt in every corner, and the beds and cupboard shelves were crooked and broken. The owner didn't get in touch when we arrived. Booking.com offered only a 20% refund, which was ridiculous. Avoid this place completely.
