Dachgeschoss Loft im Herzen von Wien

We stayed at Hetzgasse 43, Vienna, Vienna 1030 for 3 days, and our experience was awful. More than the problems with the accommodation, I was deeply disappointed by the host's lies and two-faced behavior. We traveled around Eastern Europe and had lovely places to stay, good memories with hosts, and positive reviews elsewhere. This experience shocked our family, and I am posting here on Google Maps because I feel so wronged. Finding the place in the rain took over an hour. The host had sent a photo of a brown door, but the room's entrance was a white door, and the actual door was green, with a different key number plate. Three locals tried to help us locate it and couldn't either. The entrance opened straight onto the street, which didn't feel safe. Inside, the house was very dark even with the lights on. Opening the curtains meant people outside could look in, so we couldn't open the windows and had little privacy. We were told about a paid short-term parking lot, but it was so full that we drove around several times without finding a space. We eventually parked far away, but the shops where we tried to buy parking tickets were closed. After wandering around for an hour, we had to pay 25 euros for a long-term lot at a distance. I had told them beforehand that we'd arrive after 8 o'clock and was told that would be fine. Later, the manager said the shop closed at 6 o'clock. When I explained what happened, they said finding the parking was not their responsibility. It was 14 degrees and cold in the evening. The manager came and turned up the heating, but it didn't get any warmer until morning. My family caught colds and had to take the cold medicine we'd brought. We had to take our shoes off as soon as we entered, but there were no slippers. The wifi details weren't written down either, so my son spent over 2 hours looking for my husband and father while they searched for parking. I couldn't do anything online until he returned. There was a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack, so we couldn't use it. Three of us stayed for 3 nights and were given just 1 towel. Without somewhere to dry things, the towel stayed wet, and we had to use it wet for all 3 days. After showers, water covered the bathroom floor and I nearly slipped. There was no dish rack in the kitchen either, which made washing up inconvenient. The cleaning was clearly a problem. In the closet, we found black sexy panties that we didn't know who had worn, and another woman's rusty necklace. I told the manager when we met later, and she said she was sorry and understood. The house looked clean at first, but there were also other women's underwear and earrings left behind. Overall, there was very little consideration for travelers. I cleaned the house, sent detailed photos showing its condition after we used it, and was thanked. After our stay, the host politely asked me through Airbnb text to give 5 stars, said I was welcome, and looked forward to seeing me again. I had tried to focus on the good and gave a 4-star review. But the review left about me was hurtful: it warned other hosts to be careful booking with me, said I had made the host suffer and demanded responsibility. I never demanded responsibility. The host also posted a photo of an inquiry he had sent me incorrectly. He showed us two different sides, and our family was shocked.
