Hi. I got back from Vienna a few minutes ago and wanted to leave feedback about Zeus Apartment. The owner replies very quickly, which was the good part. The building itself was really dirty and being repaired while we were there. We spent about two hours trying to find it because we hadn’t expected our vacation stay to be in a building like that. The owner gave us directions, left right left right, but nobody came to help us find the apartment. I paid around 40€ through Booking for services and cleaning, but we got nothing. I’m sure we wouldn’t have received anything if I hadn’t asked for fresh towels. We had to ask for literally everything, and that’s not how it should be. Nobody cleaned our rooms during the whole 4 days, so what did I pay for? After a long day of travel, I wanted to shower, but the water was so cold. Nobody came to fix it, and I had to stay dirty until the following evening. The building is old and scary, the support is really poor, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there. Vienna was super fun, but this place was scary and bad. You can contact me if you want to know more.
