That skyline from one of the highest floors was a real highlight, and I slept so well in the quiet, cozy suite. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully put together, and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, too, which made my one-night staycation feel incredibly relaxing. I left feeling recharged and would happily come back. A lovely retreat in Vienna.

Florin, the hotel manager, deserves a big thank you. The building is very modern and luxurious, and is among Europe's tallest buildings made with a combined wood structure. It's a little outside the city center, but there's a lovely park and swimming lake right in front, plus the subway is only 100 m away.

The second receptionist found us another room, and once we moved, everything worked fine. Before that, the woman at reception was rude and condescending for no reason. Our first room was freezing, the heating and lights weren't working, and there was no “free minibar.” We had to argue to get moved, after being told that this was normal and the hotel had no heating. The hotel itself was okay apart from all that.

The suite on the 22nd floor gave us loads of room, a separate living room, and a breathtaking view. We were passing through Vienna by car and wanted somewhere for one night away from the center. This modern, pretty quiet area was a good fit, and finding a parking spot nearby was easy. There's underground parking too, but getting in takes care: the downhill ramp is narrow and twisty. A car under 5 m should manage, though I'd think twice about taking an X7 down there. If you're arriving late, nearby grocery shops close at 8 pm. For us, it was very good value and a good stay.
