easy-flat Grüner Prater - Balcony Apartments near Metro

It was quiet at night, and the modern building has an underground garage, an elevator, and a very easy check-in. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a nice design. It’s small, but laid out cleverly: you can separate the bedroom from the living area and cook in the kitchen hidden in a closet. The location works well if you’re visiting Prater, but it’s a bit far from everything else. It’s 30 min by 2 metro lines to the city centre and 50 min by metro to the ZOO. Parking costs 37 euros per day, which feels expensive given the distance from the centre. There was nothing stocked in the apartment, not even salt or sugar, which seemed strange to us since we travel a lot and usually find at least those basics in rental apartments. There’s no air-conditioning. It wasn’t hot when we visited, and AC isn’t common in many places in Vienna, but summer here could be difficult. The bed was really nice, though the white plastic shades didn’t darken the room, only perhaps kept neighbours from looking in. The light woke us at 5am.

The service was first-class. They answered our questions and requests, and I can wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Everything was new and really nice, with a large modern bathroom and a kitchen tucked behind a sliding door. The apartments are close to a large park and a racecourse, and Prater is nearby too. Billa is 20 m from the building. The price of 5900 for 3 days and nights seemed reasonable, and I’d like to stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s just a few meters from the subway. I highly recommend it...
