We felt kind of tricked after booking and paying in advance through Booking. The photos didn’t fully match what we got. We were put in room 2 on the ground floor, and it wasn’t at all what we expected. Having the shower outside the room meant all the steam went into the room, and the toilet had no ventilation. It was really inconvenient to shower and sleep in the same room. Ask about the specific room before checking in, because some may be fine, but ours really wasn’t. Very disappointed.

The location was great, there was lots of space for clothes, and the shower room was nice with warm water. The balcony was a lovely extra 👍. I enjoyed our week here, but the bed was narrow and the mattress was bad. There also weren’t any hooks for hanging towels to dry. If there were air conditioning, I’d come back for a visit in July 🤩!

These modern, comfortable apartments have the amenities you need for a short or medium-length stay. The internet is great, so remote work is no problem. Highly recommend!

I had planned to stay here from 13.09.2024 to 15.09.2024, but a natural disaster during those dates made it impossible to get to Vienna. I wanted to go, but couldn’t arrange transportation, and that was beyond my control. The hotel still refused to refund my payment. They replied that they had also suffered losses in the flood, which I found ridiculous. Keep this in mind before you go: even when a natural disaster prevents your trip, they may refuse a refund on the grounds that they suffered losses too.
