Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof Hotel

The hotel is clean and tidy, close to both the central station and metro, and worth the price. My room was spacious with a nice view, and the heater worked perfectly through all 3 nights. The hair dryer stood out most, with both heat and wind options. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting vienna.

There are three supermarkets opposite the hotel, with coffee shops and restaurants right nearby. It’s on Favoritenstraße, a very cozy spot, and the tap water is excellent. We were very happy with our stay: the staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and there’s an empty fridge for storing food. The underground is a 4 minutes walk away and takes about 20 minutes to reach the town centre. Belvedere palace is a 15 minutes walk.

Marta, Eva and Lisa were excellent. I arrived with extra luggage that I needed to ship, and Marta went far beyond what her job required to help me through the process. It made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The people here really made Vienna memorable. We stayed about 5 different nights at the Sheraton 4 points flex in Vienna. We’d first booked a more expensive Airbnb in a part of town that didn’t work for us: it was too far away, loud at night, and no fun. The hotel made it easy to leave our bags in storage while we took a train to other places, then returned to Vienna to fly home. The location is excellent, with a major train station a few hundred yards up the street and public transport connecting you to Vienna’s museums and university. The room had a great bed and the luxurious sheets Sheraton is known for. The small fridge was handy to stock from the 3 local grocery stores, including one right across the street. Continental breakfast is available in the morning, and the facilities are nice throughout. Vienna has an estimated 100 museums and great shopping.

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms were clean and a good size. It’s an easy walk from the train station, handy if you’re arriving by train or plane. The center and main sights aren’t far, and metro and bus connections in the area are good.
