The location was fine for a business or personal trip, with services and the train station only a few steps away. For sightseeing, though, it’s a bit far from the tourist spots. I’m an all accor member and stayed 5 nights, but the receptionists were unfriendly, especially a woman called Dina, who looked to be of Indian origin and was rude. When I asked for extra things like coffee, I was told to pay immediately, which made me feel unwelcome. The janitors, on the other hand, were friendly and decent, with a pleasant attitude.

We had a calm, comfortable stay, and would gladly come back. The room was spotless and cozy, and the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. We arrived late, but check-in went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and kind, and gave us a kettle at the front desk when we asked. Breakfast was the one small letdown, as the buffet could have had a bit more variety.

The room was just right for a night, with great blinds that kept the sunshine out. Breakfast was good, with a few options and enough to choose from, though a bigger selection would improve it. It’s a nice little hotel with a great view in northern Vienna. It’s far from the center and main railway station, but a 30 minute train ride gets you there easily.

For what I paid, I expected a few more things in the room, like a minibar or at least a fridge, and a bigger desk for working. It’s otherwise a good hotel. The Indian employee could learn some manners.

A small, clean hotel, well suited to a 1-2 night stay if this is the area you want. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast and parking are paid separately.
