My flight was canceled because of the weather, so I needed somewhere near the airport and chose this hotel. The room was clean and lovely, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were so kind, too. They let me check in early, which I really appreciated.

The restaurant menu was limited, but the service more than made up for it. Our room was okay. I’d booked thinking the hotel was right by the airport, but it wasn’t. We had to take a cab, which would have cost about the same from the city centre.

The hotel was spotless and well organized, and the staff were welcoming. My kids especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast, with its high quality products.

Update: I got in touch with the hotel, and they reimbursed the full amount and offered complimentary services for my next stay. Thank you, Hein Hotel! Before that, I had a really bad experience. I arrived after 11 pm to find the front door shut. There was a digital box for collecting the key with a code, but I couldn’t find the code in my emails or messages, and it seems they hadn’t sent it. The door said to use the buzzer or call a number in an emergency. I tried both for two hours, but nobody answered. In the end I took an uber to find a real hotel with a 24/7 front desk. They later charged me for the night I never spent there.

We had a perfect room, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is close to the airport, and the sauna was nice and hot.
