The room could have been cleaner, with hair on the floor and dust around. I also didn't like the bathroom smell, though it most likely came from the building's old plumbing and fixtures, so the Pension may have nothing to do with it. Otherwise, the location was perfect, with the old town and center within walking distance. It was quiet, and we couldn't hear people in other rooms. Check-in was clear and efficient, and the kitchen utensils were handy.

Housekeeping was on site, so they could quickly sort out a mistake with our bedding. The place was spacious and in a great location, with cheap prices. It’s a bit old and dated, but fine for the price. The ventilator was broken, and the air conditioning tube came apart twice, making the room quite hot, which wasn't ideal in 30+ °C weather.

Everything was nearby, making this a great spot for a city visit. The apartment had self check-in, but a housekeeper was there to help during the stay, clean, and replace towels. The room was spacious and well organized. I had the same issue I've had in other hotels, the bathroom's hot and cold mixer didn't work well. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay in Vienna.

The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day, including weekends. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the place is right in central Vienna. Everything went well during our stay. I recommend it.
