Garner Hotel Vienna Prinz Eugen

Dominic was especially helpful, sharing personal tips for Christmas markets, getting around, and sights to see. The location was excellent, a five-minute walk from Belvedere and a tram stop, and just a few minutes from the main train station. My fiancé and I stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious, warm, and clean, with a super comfortable bed and a balcony, which was a big plus. The bathroom was spacious too, though the shower felt a bit cramped. The staff were great. I highly recommend staying here, and we’ll be back.

The hotel’s old-style exterior appealed to me, and inside it was well kept with smart decor. The room wasn’t spacious, but there was enough room for two people and their luggage. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We weren’t concerned about breakfast, though it’s worth knowing the hotel doesn’t serve it and only offers snacks. This was my first time trying Garner Hotels. I was impressed by the interior design, location, cleanliness, bed comfort, and staff hospitality. I’d rate the experience 9 out of 10 and will look for Garner Hotels in other cities.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily and kept in good condition. It has the basics, a bed, chairs, and a desk, plus a large flat-screen TV with only three English-language channels and a small fridge for food. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, two art galleries, and a military museum.

The room was clean enough, though its style felt like a mix of regal and modern. Public transport is conveniently close. Some staff weren’t friendly, but Angelo in particular was exceptional and always ready to help.
