The hotel is super central, so we walked almost everywhere, and the subway was only five minutes away. There were loads of cafes, places to eat, and shops nearby. My friends and I stayed for five days and really enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and available 24/7, and our rooms were cleaned every day.

The museum district is close, and it was easy to get around by metro or tram from this well located hotel. Our room was fairly basic, but it suited us perfectly and was very quiet. The service was friendly too.

I don't really get the bad reviews, I had an awesome stay. My room was clean and warm, and very close to the city centre, which was just what I expected for what I paid. The foyer and corridors looked a little old, but my room had clearly been refurbished. The bathroom was nice and clean, and there was a TV. The staff were probably the best part, everyone was super friendly. They also let us into our room two hours before check-in at no extra cost, which was a blessing after our early morning flight.

Farshad welcomed my daughter and me at reception, asked straight away how we had got there, and suggested interesting places to visit. It was a lovely, thoughtful welcome. We found the budget room comfortable enough, with everything we needed, and the hotel is in a good location. I had a very pleasant stay at the Terminus Hotel.

Hotel Terminus is in a central, convenient part of the city, so getting to attractions and public transport was easy. My room was cleaned each day, which I really appreciated, and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my stay. It was comfortable and pleasant, and I'd definitely recommend it.
