I've stayed there before and had an amazing experience, but this visit felt a little strange. On checkout day my key card stopped working, even though there was still an hour before checkout. The receptionist said it was because it was checkout day and fixed the card, but dealing with that while short on time was unpleasant. After checking out, I left my luggage at reception. When I came back, the front door was shut and no one was at the desk. I rang the bell now and then and waited by the door until other guests let me in. I was worried about missing my train. I took my luggage from a completely unguarded room and left after a while. Nobody appeared at reception for about 15 minutes.

I was in Vienna for 12 days and tried a few hotels. This was the best and most affordable of them. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable, with friendly staff. Public transport nearby made exploring the city easy, and it worked well for families and children. Highly recommend!

For the price we paid, this was one of the best value hotels I've stayed in. The room was well lit and clean, with everything we needed, including a mini kitchen. Staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in and with our requests. I'd definitely stay again on a visit to Vienna. It was certainly worth it.

A simple, decent tourist class hotel with an old school European feel. It had a kitchen, private bathroom, TV, and comfortable bed. I liked it a lot, nothing fancy.
