Hyatt Regency Vienna

The room setup was the one thing I wasn't fond of: the sliding bathroom and toilet doors couldn't both be shut at once. That's just my personal preference, though, and wouldn't stop me from returning. We had a great stay at the Andaz hotel. Our room was clean, roomy, modern and stylish, and the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. The location worked well too, with shops and restaurants nearby, a tram stop a few minutes away and Belvedere Palace about a 10 minute walk. We also got three free drinks and a snack in the room each day. It had what we needed, and we could ask for things we'd forgotten, like mouthwash or a toothbrush. I'd happily recommend it.

The convenient spot near the central station makes it easy to get around Vienna, whether you're here for work or a break. I've stayed more than five times, and this is still my usual choice. The staff are consistently welcoming, and the spacious, modern rooms are well kept. I can't think of anything negative from my visits. I'll keep coming back and would recommend it.

I still want to know what scent they had flowing into the lobby between March 5-8. It was phenomenal, and I'd love to know the notes! 🙏🏻 My sister and I had a fantastic three-night weekend stay in Vienna at the start of March. The Regency has lots of lovely touches, including a gorgeous rooftop bar we were so glad we had time to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful all the way through. When the room lighting gave us trouble on the first night, they sorted it out quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.

The rooftop has lovely views and a great feel to it, and breakfast was easily the best we had in Europe: fresh, plentiful and delicious. The rooms are roomy and luxurious, with stylish, comfortable design, and the team were welcoming and professional, making the service a real pleasure. It's an attractive city hotel. It's outside the very center, but public transport is close by, so getting around is easy. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.
