Jimmy's Apartments Dandelion

Make sure the email with the entrance code is in hand before you arrive. There’s no reception, so without the code you could have a difficult time getting in. The apartment itself is big and comfortable, and well located. Tram number 1 gets you to the city centre in just 20 minutes.

Getting to the city centre is easy on tram number 1. The hotel is in an area with reservoirs from all over the world, though the atmosphere didn’t feel very pleasant or safe, especially in the evening. There’s no reception, and all the instructions come through messages. They’re very clear. Breakfast is arranged at a restaurant five minutes away on foot, and it’s good, nothing more. There’s no room service during your stay, so you need to change your own towels and take out the garbage. Fresh towels are available in the lounge on the entrance floor. There’s also a luggage room on the nursery floor where you can leave bags before check-in or after check-out.

I was travelling for work, though these apartments would also suit a family holiday. The room was extremely clean with modern furniture and basic appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker, so you can comfortably make food at home. There are large shops around, and convenient transport gets you to the centre in 15 minutes. I’d gladly stay here again.

The free luggage room was such a great surprise, and Jimmy's place really felt like a little Vienna home. We switched from a&o hostel because we weren't happy there, and were so glad we did. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable enough to make us want to stay in. My favorite stay in Vienna, and the location was excellent. Thanks so much, Jimmy!
