The concierge, Andraž, deserves special mention. He was consistently polite, easy to approach, and ready to help with any questions. His professional and personal service made the stay noticeably better. Hotel Korotan was clean and well maintained, in a convenient location, and the stay felt smooth and comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional throughout. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The furniture is a little old, but that didn't matter much to me since I was only there overnight. The price was reasonable, the staff were polite and very pleasant, and breakfast was excellent. There are also great places to eat nearby, and the location is great. An excellent hotel for the money.

He was always available and handled just about everything, from organization and information to recommendations and coordination. His dedication, helpfulness, and professionalism really lifted the experience.

What made our stay especially memorable was the service, particularly from Andraž, the concierge. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, helping with restaurant suggestions, local tips, and reservations. His warmth and care for guests stood out. Hotel Korotan is charming, clean, and perfectly located, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and breakfast had a great selection of fresh food. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. I'm grateful to Andraž for his hospitality and will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Hotel Korotan in Vienna, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an ideal location. Our concierge, Andraž, really stood out. He clearly knows Vienna’s nightlife from plenty of experience 😄 His recommendations were fantastic and made our nights real highlights. Highly recommend!
