Anna at reception and Barbara the housekeeper were both friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was old, with loose or missing plumbing, and the kettle leaked onto the electric hotplate. Extra duvets and pillows had no covers. Our booked room couldn't be used because rain had damaged it, and the replacement looked very different from the website photos. We weren't expecting four-star quality, but the frayed, worn towels and exposed wiring on the hair dryer were unacceptable.

I stayed twice, in Apt 18 and Apt 27, while travelling in Feb 2025. The location is wonderful: Prater is right nearby, Spar super Market is handy, and Kolonitz Beisl has super Schnitzel. Tram 0 is a four-minute walk for Main Railway Station or Wien Mitte, and Tram 1 is just as close for a city round trip. St Stephans Church is a 20-minute walk away. Apt 27 was wonderful, especially watching the Prater luna Park at night. Apt 18 and 27 had some drawbacks, including old, worn towels and water that didn't drain very well, but you know what to expect, ups and downs. I'll definitely come back. Thank you Kunsthaus Apartments for two beautiful stays!

The hosts are nice, and the building has beautiful views from both the front and back. It's a spacious, modern apartment in an old building, in very good condition for a reasonable price. The internet was very poor and needs work. Tram stops are nearby, but the metro is about a 15-minute walk, worth bearing in mind with big luggage. I'd stay again, 4/5.

We had no trouble even late at night in this quiet neighborhood. Radetzkyplatz tram stops are around a five-minute walk, and lines O and 1 get you to tourist spots in about 10-15 minutes. Three of us stayed three nights in room 22. It was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were in good shape, and the heating worked without any problems.

The location was good and the apartment itself was nice, but for that price I expected a clean room. The floor was really dirty. I wouldn't recommend it.
