I didn't feel safe here at all, even though the stay was comfortable. The hotel felt scary, as if nobody was around. They told us they couldn't give us two rooms near each other, and there were no sliding safety chain locks on the doors. The rooms were clean and good, and the Wi-Fi worked, though it lagged a bit. The air conditioning worked too, but it was positioned so badly that no air reached the bed. Shampoo and soap hadn't been refilled in the shower, and the slippers had been used before rather than being disposable. Service was good, though when I asked for some cutlery, the man handed it over while touching the spoon, and it was plastic. The location was just okay, about a 20 minute drive from the airport.

The room itself was nice, and the bedding was clean. If not for two problems, I could easily have given Liao Hotel a 5/5. I stayed in room 102, where a persistent unpleasant smell made the room hard to bear. I asked the front office for air freshener, but it barely helped, so I had to open the window. Then there was no hot water in the morning, which was frustrating after a night with that odor. I hope management addresses both issues for future guests.

The attached restaurant was really good and stayed open late. Our room was quite large, quiet, and very clean, and we never heard anyone else. The parking is the one drawback: there are 12 spots, but they're REALLY small, so getting into one might take some magic if you're not used to it. I'd stay here again.

It's a small hotel about 25 minutes from the airport, with a parking lot and an elevator. The room was a reasonable size, neither big nor small, and it was clean. The Chinese design really stands out from the Viennese landscape. Everything else was good, though the sink was a bit clogged and there was a sewage smell in the shower room.
