The neighborhood is lively, with restaurants, shops, and useful services, and the hotel is close to the main train station and metro. After three days here, we really enjoyed returning each evening. The building is well maintained and everything was spotless. The room felt modern and practical, all the amenities worked, and it stayed warm and comfortable even when it was -10°C outside. We also liked the fully digital setup. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the code worked for both the room and the building entrance, so we didn’t need key cards. For the price, which was very affordable, the value was excellent. We’d happily come back. Thank you, and congratulations on a great stay.

The place is inexpensive and clean, and the location is good, but each of our three stays had a problem. On the first visit, the suite booked with a kitchen only had a drawer with plates and glasses, not an actual kitchen. The next time, someone tried several times to break into our suite during the night, which was frightening. On our last visit in winter, the heater had no power because its wires had been ripped out. I complained several times, but nothing was fixed. I’ll stay somewhere else in Vienna next time.

I like the cost-saving setup with online check-in and no room service, and the little kitchen had a good range of appliances and dishes. The place is nice and affordable. Unfortunately, some glasses and dishes weren’t properly clean when we arrived, so I’d give it 4 out of 5.

A simple place away from Vienna’s busy center, with train and metro stations fairly close by. The room was basic, very clean, and well maintained. Everything is self-service, including check-in, and there’s laundry and luggage storage if you need them. A few things could be better: there was a wardrobe rail but no hangers, just one very soft pillow, and my husband had to fold his in half to sleep on it. The smart TV features are blocked too, so you can’t stream from your own devices.
