Micro Loft Neubau By Welcome2Vienna

The apartment was tiny and smelled a bit musty. For this price, and with this kind of service, I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The key handover was a mess of phone calls and messages to agree on a time and place. Check-in needed an appointment made well in advance, otherwise you wouldn’t get the room you’d paid for. I’d never had such poor customer service. The woman who brought the keys was friendly, and after all those messages she was somewhat on time. I booked just an hour earlier and asked the owner to cancel because she wouldn’t meet my needs. She refused, insisting the booking was non-refundable, so I still had to pay. I had to sort out my own luggage, since I wasn’t allowed to drop off my suitcase before 2 PM and was told to go to the main train station to store it. Then they demanded a €100 deposit, but the woman entered €250 into her machine, apparently hoping I wouldn’t notice.
