The apartment itself was acceptable, but the sofa bed was small and very uncomfortable to sleep on. More disappointing was how unreliable the booking was and how the host handled it. Three hours before check-in, we were told that our deluxe apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony was unavailable because of a “system mistake” and had already been given to someone else. We ended up in a lower-category one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, not what we booked or paid for. With such short notice during the winter holidays, finding somewhere else wasn’t realistic. The host offered a tiny compensation and blamed “outside noise,” even though there was no noise problem during our stay. That didn’t reflect the downgrade at all. I later saw similar stories in other reviews, so it seems this may not be a one-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have other options.

Getting into the city center was easy, with a tram stop right outside and a train station about a two-minute walk away. There are plenty of shops nearby for supplies, too. We were surprised by how much space we got for the price. The living room and bedroom were lovely and roomy, the bathroom was very modern, and it worked perfectly for my family, including our one-year-old.

A really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Four hours before check-in, the owner told us we could either accept a smaller apartment because of a supposed system error or get a refund. The apartment we received was smaller than the one we’d paid for. It also had no toiletries, and the furniture felt extremely cheap.

Stay away from this property. I’ve seen this same practice described in multiple reviews: the host claims your booking isn’t available because of a booking problem, then offers an inferior apartment and a tiny compensation. The excuse given for the compensation is outside noise, supposedly something beyond the host’s control so there won’t be trouble with booking.
