NH Danube City

We stayed during the European Pediatric Surgery Congress and especially appreciated the restaurant team’s kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality. The view over the Danube River was beautiful and made the visit even nicer. It was easy to get around Vienna, with the congress area and the U1 metro station both within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for business, congresses or tourism.

Mam Jenny, Daniela, and Rashad were so kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Mam Jenny especially stood out for being attentive and genuinely caring. She checked on us regularly, made sure we were comfortable, and saw that our food was served properly. She even offered us rice. Her thoughtfulness made the stay memorable. It was a pleasure being looked after by such a kind and hospitable Filipina. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you!

My room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was prompt. The decor and furniture weren’t as impressive as at other hotels I’ve stayed in, but the friendly staff were always ready to help and breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again. The location is especially handy for the Vienna International Centre, about a 10-minute walk away, and it’s close to train stations. Restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy are nearby too.

I was in Vienna for the Vienna City Marathon, and this hotel worked really well for the weekend. It’s right in front of the start. They couldn’t offer a late checkout, but kindly let me shower in the fitness center after the race. I left my bag in a secure room and came back in the afternoon to shower. The rooms are nice for a 4* hotel, and the U1 stop nearby goes straight to the centre. I didn’t try breakfast because the price seemed excessive. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
