O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna

Getting around was so easy because O11 Boutique Hotel is close to everything. The team welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived, and every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had a lovely experience and will definitely return.

On our first visit to Vienna, we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The facilities and amenities were among the best we've experienced. Everything was clean and quiet, and the staff were amazing. We were also close to shops, cafes, and supermarkets, with a great location for exploring the city. We'd absolutely stay again and recommend it.

The location is right in the center, just one minute from the opera, and the people were friendly. Our room was nice and very clean, with a great bed, and breakfast was normal and delicious. The reception felt a little strange, more like a three-star hotel, but everything else made up for it. The restaurant staying open until 11 pm is unusual for Vienna, where most places close at 8 pm.

The rooms were lovely, newly done, and spotlessly clean, with smart decor and incredibly comfortable beds. They may feel small to some, but the large mirror helped make ours seem more spacious. The staff were pleasant too. We didn't eat at the hotel because it's so central. The location was perfect, opposite the Opera house, near the Museum Quarter, and a short walk from Stephansplatz. The Metro is across the street, and buses and trams stop outside, including the hop on hop off buses and the tourist booking office. We loved it and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
