Pakat Suites

We were next to the lift, but weren't disturbed by people coming and going. The beds were comfortable, and there was a separate, nicely sized dressing area with a full-length mirror. The bathroom felt luxurious and was very spacious, with a bath and a separate shower. There were TVs in both the lounge and bedroom, though the bedroom one switched itself on randomly once at 2 am. The suite was well designed, with good-sized rooms and a kitchenette that had everything a couple needs to look after themselves. Supermarkets are nearby, and we used Billa, which had a good selection. Schloss Belvedere and its beautiful gardens are just one street away. It's a 15-minute walk to the centre, and the D tram on that street goes to Opera, with connections to lots of the city. We stayed five nights. We arrived late, after staff had left, but their instructions were clear and we got into the building and suite without a problem. The property is in the embassy district, which was quiet and felt safe even late at night. Reception staff were friendly, and I'm sure they'd help if anything came up, though they leave at 3:30. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

After three visits to Vienna, I'd say these are the best suites in Europe. The room was awesome and the staff were great. They always asked if we needed anything. We'll be back!

The apartment was large, and the kitchenette was the best part. It had a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker that made awesome coffee, and all the kitchen essentials. We picked up groceries at the nearby Spar and made breakfast each morning before heading out. Free laundry facilities were available too. European clothes dryers don't use heat to dry clothes, so we washed ours at night and left them in the dryer overnight. The neighborhood felt extremely safe, had a local feel, and had several supermarkets nearby. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, which made it nice to return to a peaceful setting after the city's hustle and bustle. It was also about ten minutes from the main train station. We enjoyed walking to the town center. Judith and Joseph were wonderful employees who made sure we were comfortable. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!

We loved the location on our recent girls' weekend, and it was very convenient for public transport. The apartment was clean and the area felt safe, though the room and building layout were a little odd. The biggest problem was that there were no sheets for the pullout couch. There's no staff on site overnight, and when I called, I was told the sheets were in a locked room and unavailable until the next day. Apparently you have to request them ahead of time. One of us had a rough night's sleep because of it.
