The staff were lovely and helpful, and we really liked the simple but very good breakfast. It’s a nice pension near the train station, supermarkets, and restaurants. We did have a couple of small room issues, including a clogged sink and no shower soap, but overall the stay was pretty good. I’d definitely recommend it.

Friends recommended Pension Erlaa after my husband and I had recently moved to Austria and wanted to visit Vienna. We’re glad we stayed. Marianne was a wonderful landlord, and her husband was fun to sit and chat with. The room was super clean, and finding new sweets on our pillows each day made us smile.

The staff were very, very friendly, and there’s parking right out front. Our room was cleaned daily and had a hairdryer, two chairs, and just enough table space for our things. It was clean, neat, and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with enough choice for us, even if it wasn’t a huge selection. The U-bahn is about a 10-minute walk away, and the city center takes around 40 minutes by train. That sounds like a while, but it was fine. There’s also a supermarket five minutes away on foot.

My husband and I spent three nights here during our Vienna trip and were very satisfied. The place was tidy, the food and ambiance were great, and the staff were especially polite and cooperative. I’d highly recommend staying here in Vienna.

We had a lovely time here, and the price wasn’t too high. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. When we checked out, the chief gave us a present. Such a gentleman! Thank you so much! :)
