Resting Pods - Zzzleepandgo Wien Airport

I got a pod with a broken bed, broken AC, and a damaged TV screen, and there was no Wi-Fi. Customer service was zero. The representative started ignoring me while trying to offer another pod, then realized its lock was broken too. I'm filing a fraud claim and disputing the charge on my card.

This place seems to stay afloat on desperate airport travelers. They should be embarrassed by the standard, or charge what it's worth, around 50 USD. It felt like a humid cube, with just three Italian movies featuring some odd prop comedy, no volume, and a pretty mediocre fan for air. Other features, like the TV's light settings, didn't work either. The bed was torn and stained, like something from a doctor's office, with a roll of cheap film laid over it to hide the mess. This place should be sued.

I cancelled more than 24 hours ahead and asked for my money back. I cited the refund clause in their contract in emails and WhatsApp messages, but got no response, or a note saying the company was going through a change in management. I've followed up for weeks. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They're dishonest and unreliable.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, but my pod was clean and the access code worked. I came from a camping trip with a sleeping bag, so the bed wasn't an issue for me. Once I found the switch for the inner screen by the bed, I could run the fan, adjust the lights, and close the shade. The door can also be locked securely from inside. It was definitely hot, though the fan helped a bit. I do think the price is high for what you get, but the location is great. I contacted customer service because another person didn't have an access code, and they helped him right away.
