I just arrived, so I haven’t slept here yet. A lot of the bad Google reviews aren’t entirely true. Read your email carefully for the instructions to unlock the main locker outside the front door. The phone number they provided wasn’t reachable at all.

This is a very nice, cozy place. They send the key details only two days before your stay, so keep an eye out for the email or you might not get into the apartment. The phone number provided couldn’t be reached, so make sure you check your email for the right information.

I stayed for thirteen nights and paid in full, but they never gave me a receipt. For ONE MONTH I’ve been chasing it through emails and phone calls with no success. Management isn’t cooperative, doesn’t keep promises, and can’t be trusted. BEWARE, guys.

We ended up having to move to a hotel because the apartment key details arrived too late and the phone number didn’t work. Royal Resort gave no feedback or apology. The service was bad.

This is a con. Don’t even consider it unless you want to spend the night on the street, because the owner will never show up with the key.
