They advertise and sell the property at Felberstrasse 64, which has only three apartments. But on arrival, they sent us to a different, unpleasant place with small, poorly kept flats a few kilometers away. Those flats officially cost about 25% less than what we had already paid. It feels like a classic hoax.

BEWARE. Book at your own risk. I reserved a room through Expedia, but when I arrived I couldn't reach the manager. None of the three numbers they provided worked. Expedia told me the room was non-refundable and neither side helped. By the time Expedia finally got through to the manager, half our evening was gone. Thanks a lot, Expedia. I expected better.
