We stayed three nights and had a great time. The room was very clean, comfortable and lovely and warm while we watched the snow outside. We arrived at 9pm in the snow and had some doubts after reading the negative self check-in reviews, but it was easy, even for us in our 70s. We also read one review saying the shower stayed cold. It took us a minute or two to work out the handle, but pulling it right out gives cold water, while pushing it in slightly makes it perfect.

It was warm and cozy throughout our stay, and the location made getting around simple. Südtiroler Platz station is right next door, and there's a SPAR nearby. We found the electronic check-in and check-out easy and smooth. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a very soft bed we slept wonderfully in. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return.

I had no hot water for my whole stay, and the property didn't respond to my emails beyond saying a ticket had been created. The room was a decent size but horribly decorated. There was a big empty area with no furniture, while the table was squeezed beside the kitchenette. The bed felt like something from a dorm.

We had broken glass left uncleaned, and WhatsApp support wouldn't compensate us. They said we could find supplies in the room on the floor, but we found the first aid room and couldn't get in either. The damp smell was unpleasant each time we came back to the room. Self-service check-in wasn't smooth, and the soundproofing was poor. Our room faced the main road, and since there was no air conditioning, we had to leave the window open for airflow.
