Barbara made the stay feel like being welcomed into a local family, and I'd love to come back. The place is comfortable, spacious and clean, with the city centre, railway and subway nearby. I'm not usually a breakfast person, but I loved the organic breakfast. Barbara is a wonderful host.

Barbara was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. A lovely B&B in a really good location.

Frau Lenz gave us a warm welcome and plenty of useful tips. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with its delicious food and wide choice. Our room in the traditional Viennese building was lovely, spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Frau Lenz's "Stadtnest".

Barbara Lenz is a real professional, and her daily à la carte breakfast was lovely, with a thoughtful little touch each time. Our stay was conducted in German, though she also speaks English and a little French. The Baroque building has been fully renovated, with an elevator in the courtyard. The rooms were quiet and spacious. It's centrally located just steps from the U3 subway line, and about a 30-minute walk from St. Stephen's Church.
