Street Living Hotel

The ceiling’s huge LED light really made an impression, and I loved the colors in the kitchen and bathroom. The place was so lovely, it even gave me ideas for decorating my own home. 10/10, I’ll book here every time I’m in town!

The receptionist was hostile enough that I felt genuinely worried about my physical safety during our conversation. He was extremely rude and tried to intimidate and bully me over a €50 cash deposit that hadn’t been mentioned anywhere beforehand. When I asked where the requirement was written, he got aggressive and pointed to a piece of paper he seemed to produce on the spot. He also suggested handing over my ID as a deposit if I had no cash, which is completely illegal. He came across more like a criminal than a professional.

My family and I would happily book this apartment again. The small garden with its bamboo trees was a lovely spot for morning coffee and relaxing. Inside, the design is modern and simple, the bathroom is very large, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook all kinds of meals. The hotel is in a quiet area, and the service was quick, with help and answers always available. We highly recommend it.

The rooms are fine for the price and the location is decent, but the service was awful. They list the rooms through Airbnb without clearly saying that the key has to be collected from another building five minutes away. There’s also a deposit for the key, which can be cash, an official document or even personal electronics, and that isn’t clearly explained in advance. Staff were rude and dismissive, with no respect for guests. When I pointed out that the key collection details were missing, they insisted they were written somewhere, though they weren’t. The ventilation is poor, and the rooms smell of cigarette smoke, probably from other apartments. For a price comparable to other Vienna hotels, I expected decent service. Instead, it felt like I was intruding in somebody’s home. I strongly advise against booking here.
