Urban Rooms Rathaus - Self Check-In

For two nights, the room seemed reasonable for the price, and the amenities looked fine at first. The problem came at 8pm, when we realized the hair and body wash had run out. There was none in the common area either. I contacted hotel service through the booking details and was told there was no other option, and that more would only be available the next morning, when we were due to check out. I don't see how telling a customer there's no other option is acceptable, though perhaps that's just me. The price and location seemed reasonable, but the poor service over such a basic amenity made the stay quite disappointing.

Getting to the apartment and inside was easy, and I’d happily come back. It was spotless and comfortable, and I slept so well despite being a light sleeper. Those pillows were incredibly comfortable. I really loved the location too.

I stayed for four days, and the room felt open and roomy, with high ceilings. The location was the best part: I could easily reach the metro, and cultural sights and museums were close enough to walk to. The entry code arrived the day before, and getting in was simple.

Being right in central Vienna made it easy to explore, and I felt relaxed and happy throughout my stay. The room was really spacious and clean, with a big wardrobe for all my things. I also liked the bright, pleasant bathroom lighting. Self check-in went smoothly, and the whole stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!
