The room was so unhygienic that, with two young kids, we left less than 30 minutes after arriving. We hadn't touched the beds or disturbed anything, and I have photos of what we found. We were in another country in the middle of holiday season, with no backup booking, after reserving two months ahead. That gives you an idea how bad it was. There were crumbs, dust, hair and body hair on the floor, sticky spilled stuff beside the couch, hairs on the linens and in the bathtub, and body hair beside the toilet. The kitchen worktop and area around the stove were dirty too. The room stank of cigarettes and something else. Opening the windows helped only until we shut them again. I tried sweeping the floor, but it needed a proper deep clean. Even without children, I wouldn't have considered it hygienic. We'd paid in full five days before arrival. The self-service check-in itself went fine, but the elevator to our third-floor room was out, so we had to take the stairs. I tried calling the hotel and contacted them through the app and by email. I heard nothing for 12 days, then got a brief reply denying responsibility and refusing to resolve it. I wanted to sort things out directly. Booking.com offered a €47 credit, which was kind, but I had paid over €300 and expect a full refund. Avoid this place.

My cousin was traveling alone when the card she needed to get in failed, and she was stranded at 11 PM. The hotel never contacted her about the problem. She tried reaching them several ways, but they basically ignored her. The service was truly awful and completely unacceptable. Anyone traveling alone, especially women, should be wary of this place.

The room looked like a bunker and was so dirty we were disgusted. There were no curtains, and a motion-activated light shone straight into our eyes, so nobody slept. We nearly got stuck in the lift before that. Getting into the room was a nightmare too. I hadn't received check-in information, so I called the hotline after getting my booking reference from the provider. The person working the night of the 12th and morning of the 13th refused to explain check-in over the phone, even though all I needed was the information about entering the reference at the machine. They were arrogant and rude, told me I was blocking the hotline and hung up. Imagine the stress of having paid and not knowing how to get in. After several calls, we arrived, entered the reference, and got an error. We had to call again, and the person shouted, “LISTEN TO ME”. This was a traumatizing experience. The property management needs to do better. Save yourself the stress and don't book here.

The location is great, close to U1, and the apartments are fine. Online check-in could be more straightforward, though it was still easy enough.
