Vienna Living Apartments - Stephansdom

The apartment itself isn't bad, and the location is the one good thing about the Hoher market 8 apartment. But a series of incidents left us unhappy, and we wouldn't recommend it. We asked before arrival if a later checkout might be possible and were allowed to stay until 11. At 10:02, a staff member came in without warning or knocking and told us rudely to leave because checkout was at 10. I showed her the message confirming 11, but she still pointed to the booking conditions, which I already knew about because I'd requested the extension. She didn't apologize. They also don't store bags, and both places they recommended were closed. We ended up walking around with our luggage before our late flight. Please avoid this company. The staff were unfriendly and disorganized.

I was booked for November 21-24 and paid on November 15. On the 19th, a lockdown was announced that included vaccinated people and banned tourist visits to Austria. The so-called entrepreneurs wouldn't change my reservation or refund even part of the price. The apartment sent me a message saying they needed to “keep maintaining their business.” After negotiating with Booking.com, they fortunately changed their minds and gave me a voucher for a future stay. Update: I decided to use the voucher, but the company didn't know how much I should pay and emailed me to ask. XD

Very clean and quiet, with a really comfortable bed.
