The low price was the biggest plus for me, and the apartment was fairly well equipped. We spent three nights there. It's in the basement, the furnishings are nothing special, the heating didn't work well, and there was some mold in the bathroom. The location isn't ideal, though a tram to the Westbahnhof (West Station) is nearby. For someone on a tight budget, the price makes up for the drawbacks, so I'd recommend it.

This basement dump had water damage, mold, a musty smell, and a broken heater in winter. There were ants, broken door handles, an uncovered oven, an old package of salt soaked with water, a burnt-out hairdryer, and more. We booked a hotel after the first night. Stay away and save your money!

We stayed one night while travelling to Croatia. The place was clean and warm, the neighbourhood quiet, and parking was easy. The key was in a locker and almost everything was handled online. Of course, we had to sort it out since we'd be sleeping in real life :) I recommend it, though it's about a 40-minute walk to the center.

A very nice place, equipped with everything we needed. The downsides were the paid public parking and a torn window that wouldn't close.

The basement apartment smelled musty and was dirty, with ants and equipment that didn't work. The garden barely deserves to be called a garden.
