We stayed three nights in October 2022. The apartment was spacious, the mattresses comfortable, the heating worked very well, check-in was easy, and the subway was close by. But the sewage smell was awful and wouldn't go away even after airing the place out. The walls were very dirty, the sofa was in poor shape, and the bathroom fans were coated in dust and mold. There were cobwebs in the upper corners of the rooms. The pillows were far too soft. There's one bedroom with two beds, though those are actually four single beds, plus a small toilet room and another bathroom with a sink and shower. The stairwell had no light and the elevator was tiny. I can't recommend it: for this price, it should at least be clean and free of odors, even if the conditions aren't five-star.
