The heater for both the floor and bathroom broke, leaving all eight of us unable to shower on the morning and evening of December 20. They said nobody was working that day, which was especially unacceptable in winter. A repair person came on the 21st and disrupted our whole morning plan. Since leaving, my partner has been trying to get a reasonable refund from the Vienna Stay Apartment representative. We were told on December 24, 2025 that compensation would be arranged, but it never came. When we followed up on January 28, 2026, they said the manager was still away. I believe that is a lie and a way of stalling. I want this unpleasant stay at Vienna Stay Apartments escalated for compensation.

We waited two hours on the staircase before we could get into the apartment because there was no staff on site and the keysafe wouldn't work. Then they added a final cleaning fee that wasn't in the original offer. The apartment might be nice, but not with this management.

We felt at home here. The apartment was large, clean, and had what we needed for a longer stay. It's in a really quiet neighborhood, and Schonbrunn Palace is only a few bus stops away. The one snag was a parking fee. There were no signs, but we learned it was a residential zone and you have to pay somewhere for access. Next time we'll pick a private parking lot.

It's a quiet area, yet the central part is still close by. A nice apartment.
