Vienna Top Apartments

We were four adults staying for four days, and the apartment is about a ten-minute walk from the subway. Our first impression was very good, but it didn't last. There were no sheets on the bed, and the powder room was so tiny you couldn't spend more than three minutes there. For anything beyond peeing, you had to use the wet room, where there was hair on the floor and in the shower head. We only got small face towels, with no bathroom kits. There was no tea or coffee in the kitchen. I'd rather pay the property for it than walk ten minutes to buy some, especially if everything is closed. The only bin was under the sink, and it wasn't enough for four people over four days. We got no cleaning or garbage collection during the stay, despite paying a €50 cleaning fee.

We stayed at the apartment two years ago, with five people, and really enjoyed our time there. It was warm, comfortable, and spacious, with everything just right. The location was good too, near the metro station and a market, and the hostess was very kind.

Easy to check in, close to public transportation, and clean and warm inside. Everything matched what was described. A great place to stay.
