Martha is such a nice landlord. When I first moved into the apartment, I asked her to bring me something I needed for daily use. She replied quickly and brought things over whenever I asked. I once lost my bag on the subway, with my wallet and room key inside. The person who found it called Martha using the phone number written on the key. She went to pick up the bag that night and got it back to me quickly. I feel very lucky to have had such a kind landlord while living in Vienna.

We had to cancel the trip we booked for our parents. Despite the Covid situation, the host still chose to charge the cancellation fee. We know tourism is going through a hard time, and some of us work in the industry, but we don’t think fees like this should apply in circumstances like these. Good luck to anyone taking the risk of booking.

The hosts were super friendly, and the price felt reasonable for such a prime spot. The State Opera, Musikverein, and St. Charles are all just around the corner.
