Martha and Vera were so kind and helpful. The apartment is a great size, with two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a bath or shower and a toilet. There’s a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer are available to use. The living room couch folds out into a full bed, and the chair in the main bedroom can turn into a twin bed. The location is wonderful, two blocks from the U and Naschmarkt. Restaurants and supermarkets are all around. It’s a lovely place for a holiday. And if you like a big bathtub and a shower with great water pressure, you’ll be happy here.

We spent nearly six months in the Top20 flat for work, from July to December 2020. It has old-world charm, with high ceilings, lots of windows, and wood floors, and it was comfortable and spacious. Everything worked well, there was plenty of hot water, and the heating was great once the weather cooled. We cooked daily, and the kitchen had what we needed for ordinary meals. Martha was a terrific host, suggesting local businesses and accommodating our needs. One thing to know: this particular flat is up three flights of stairs and there’s no lift. With fitness centers closed because of Covid, we welcomed the exercise and didn’t see it as a drawback. We’d definitely visit again.

We stayed in one of Martha’s apartments for three months and had everything we needed. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfect for us. Martha was an outstanding host, always ready to help and share suggestions. The apartments are spotless and very well maintained. The location is amazing, close to the center and all the nicest spots, restaurants, and shops. I’d recommend staying with Martha one hundred percent.

Martha manages the apartments and is very helpful, sorting out any reported issues quickly. The apartments are clean, spacious, newly renovated, and furnished with IKEA furniture and appliances. The layout works well for relaxing or working, and children have room to play. There’s a large bathtub, the internet works properly, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There are also plenty of nice Austrian and international restaurants nearby. The location is good, near a bike station and bus stop, while the metro is a little farther away.

I stayed for three nights last April and slept incredibly comfortably, especially in those lovely beds and bedrooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a cosy feel. The people we rented from were welcoming and kind, while still respecting our privacy. They checked whether we needed anything and brought extra things when we asked. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend it.
