WELTWIEN Apartments

The apartment itself was acceptable, but the cleaning arrangement left me very unhappy. You only get cleaning on the fourth day if you book for four days. For a stay of one or two nights, there isn't any cleaning service at all. The location was also really inconvenient. It's far from almost everything, so we kept needing a taxi to go out and get back. That's especially impractical in a city like Vienna.

The location worked perfectly for me: four minutes from the bus station, ten from the train station, and two supermarkets just four or five minutes away. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable, with almost everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lisa and Vincent in particular were communicative and helpful. I left with a great impression and will definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. It's a quiet place if that's what you want, and you don't mind being a bit away from the city center. There are train connections nearby, but the area feels out of the way and not very central. Contact with staff is minimal, so don't count on much personal interaction or help on site.

The cleaning every four days was the one downside for me. With a family and a toddler, having the room cleaned every other day would be ideal. Otherwise, it's a nice place in Vienna, close to both metro lines, with a good pizzeria and supermarkets nearby.
