We booked five days in Vienna, but the Covid situation in the country made it impossible for us to travel. The owner wouldn’t understand or return the money we’d paid, and spoke to us badly throughout. The treatment was horrible. We’re very disappointed, and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I don’t recommend these apartments for a Vienna trip.

These apartments were absolutely filthy. I don't even have words for how awful they are. Don't book here.

Communication with the owner was nonexistent. I messaged several times for the Wi-Fi password during our five-day stay and never got a reply. The bathroom was nice but had no equipment, and came with just one complimentary toilet roll. The mattresses were good, but there weren’t enough sheets for our group of seven, so three of us had to share two beds. The apartment looks appealing at first, with high ceilings and modern, if sparse, furnishings, but the actual condition was terrible. It was filthy, the kitchen utensils were dirty and scarce, and there wasn’t even a microwave. Furniture and fittings were wrecked: broken coat racks and handles, blinds that were down, and one bedroom with no light. Even if it’s a little cheaper, it’s not worth it.
