The hotel doesn't have its own parking, and the nearby garage is expensive. Still, the interior is gorgeous, the textures and colors are amazing, and breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs were 10/10. Maybe they could add some Nutella sweets for breakfast, and slippers, water, and snacks in the rooms. Honestly, everything else was wonderful.

We'd booked one night for two people and clearly asked for separate beds and a split check-in, but the room wasn't ready when we arrived. There was just one double bed. The support agent said there was nothing they could do and told us to contact reception in the morning, despite our stay being only one night. He apparently thought it was fine for me to share a bed with another man. Getting such poor service in Austria was shocking. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

We showed up at Harry’s Home Hotel in Villach without booking, and they found us a room right away. The staff were all kind and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, and being right by the train station made the location perfect. Highly recommend! 🚆🏨✨
